CradleWing ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and profile photo, provided by Google when you sign in.
• Child information: the age band(s) you tell us about during onboarding, so we can recommend the right Pack. We do not require your child's name or any other identifying detail.
• Purchase information: which Packs you've bought, and payment status (success/failure) — we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details; that's handled entirely by our payment partner, Cashfree.
• Usage information: basic analytics about how you use the site (pages visited, general engagement), collected via Vercel Analytics, to help us improve the product.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Give you access to Packs you've purchased.
• Recommend the right Pack for your child's age.
• Send you important account or purchase-related communication.
• Improve our content and product based on aggregate usage patterns.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third parties we work with

• Google — for sign-in/authentication.
• Cashfree — for payment processing.
• Cloudinary — for hosting images used on the site (e.g. pack covers, product photos).
• Vercel — for hosting and basic analytics.
• Google Analytics — to understand how visitors find and use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). We do not send Google your name, email, or any information that identifies you personally.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session.

We also use analytics cookies set by Google Analytics, which help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. These record things like which pages you visit and roughly where you're visiting from — never your name or email.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking analytics cookies won't affect your ability to use the site or access packs you've purchased.

5. Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us at connect@nthbuild.com and we'll process the request, subject to any records we're legally required to keep (e.g. purchase/payment records).

6. Your rights

You can:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your account and associated data.

7. Children's privacy

CradleWing is intended for use by parents and caregivers, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
