Refund policy

1. What you're buying

Every Pack on CradleWing is a one-time digital purchase — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Once payment succeeds, the Pack is unlocked in your account immediately and you have lifetime access to it.

2. Cancellations

Because access is granted instantly on successful payment, there is no "order" to cancel before it's fulfilled — payment and delivery of access happen in the same step. If a payment fails or is left incomplete, no amount is charged and no action is needed from you.

3. Refund eligibility

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You're eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of purchase, provided:

• You have not substantially consumed the Pack's content (e.g. watched the majority of its topics), and
• The request is made in good faith (e.g. the Pack wasn't right for your child's age, or you purchased it by mistake).

We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we find clear evidence of misuse of this policy (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles used to access content for free).

4. How to request a refund

Email us at connect@nthbuild.com or use our Contact Us page with your registered email and the Pack you purchased. We'll confirm receipt within 2 business days.

5. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Cashfree within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to reflect in your account or statement.

6. Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged more than once for the same Pack due to a technical error, contact us with your payment reference and we'll refund the duplicate charge in full — this isn't subject to the 7-day content-usage condition above.
