The agreement between you and us when you use CradleWing.

Welcome to CradleWing. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CradleWing website and the digital content packs we offer. By creating an account, signing in, or purchasing a Pack, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

CradleWing ("we", "us", "our") is a platform that curates short, age-specific video guides for parents of children aged 0 to 5, organised into paid content bundles we call "Packs".

2. Accounts

You sign in using Google. We rely on Google to verify your identity and email address.
You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure — anyone with access to it can access your CradleWing account and any Packs you've purchased.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make a purchase.

3. Packs and payments

Each Pack is a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime access to that Pack's content, unless stated otherwise on the Pack's page.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed by our payment partner, Cashfree. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details.
Once payment is confirmed, the Pack is added to your account immediately.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Content and intellectual property

All content on CradleWing — including curated video selections, pack structure, descriptions, and branding — belongs to CradleWing or its licensors.
The videos we link to remain the property of their original creators/publishers on YouTube; we do not host or claim ownership of that footage.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the Pack for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your account access with others outside your household.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Attempt to bypass payment to access paid content.
Scrape, copy, or republish our curated content or pack structure.
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer

CradleWing curates third-party parenting content to help you save time. We are not a substitute for professional medical, developmental, or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified paediatrician or healthcare provider for concerns about your child's health.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CradleWing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any content within it.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CradleWing after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City], India.
